Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer legislation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you have received the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt by email at
contact@thescentsofamsterdam.com.
You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose or send a clear statement by email.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned to us within 14 days.

Conditions for Returns
During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.
The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

Returned items must:
• be unused
• be in their original condition
• be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible

If a product has been damaged due to careless handling, a reduction in value may be charged.

Return Shipping Costs
The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds
After receipt of the returned product (or upon receipt of conclusive proof of return), we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products:
• that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery
• that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications
• that are clearly personal in nature

This will always be clearly stated with the relevant product.
